Holidays in The Grove CBCA Holiday Volunteer Sign-Up 2026/27 Name(Required) First Last Email(Required) PhoneOrganization you are volunteering on behalf of or would like to be noted for your volunteer hours (e.g. MDES, DVMS, CVCHS, Bocce, etc.):Holidays in The Grove Volunteer Positions NeededSaturday, November 21 - Holiday Decoration Set-up 8:15 am-10:30 am Load Trucks at the A1 Storage Unit, unload at CBCA Shed and distribute to various locations downtown. 9:00 am-12:00 pm Spruce up wreaths and prepare them for distribution. 9:00 am-2:00 pm Hang wreaths and install garland in various locations downtown (Grove, Corral, Bocce Courts) and set-up Christmas Tree (require climbing ladders and some lifting) Holiday Set Up: coffee and breakfast pastry will be available. Usually completed by 12:00pm depending on the amount of volunteers we have. Please bring any supplies you may have. We need tall ladders, folding tables, gloves, scissors, wire cutter, and glue guns. * Weather permitting.Specific area’s you have decorated in the past or you want to decorate this year.Saturday, December 5 - Holidays in The Grove 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Set up 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Assist performers from Corral to Gazebo & manage the Santa 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Take down Saturday, January 7 - Holiday Decorations Take Down 9:00 am - Complete Take down wreaths, garland, Christmas Tree and other misc.
